Today was an awesome day! This morning we drove down to Seaside where The Truman Show was filmed. It really was a lovely city. The houses were just adorable and it would be a really fun place to vacation. We walked around the town, played at the playground and then finished up our trip with ice cream :)
After another awesome lunch at our dive seafood place we headed back to the beach! We spent a really nice day flying our kite and playing in the sand and water. The kids even allowed us to read a little bit while they played nicely. Pretty soon it was time to head back to our beach house to get cleaned up. I decided I wanted to try to take some nice family photos at the beach, so I forced everyone into cute outfits and back to the beach for sunset. Luckily the photos turned out great, so the fuss was worth it :)
By the time we got home the kids were waaayyy past being ready for bedtime, so after a quick dinner down they went!
