Summer is coming to an end but apparently no one has told the weather that! This heat is so, so bad. I am so, so ready for cooler days. I think I am so brain washed by this summer that even 99 degrees feels like a relief compared to what it's like most days.
This evening it was pretty nice in the shade (again, 99 degrees is "nice"- yikes!) so the kids wanted to play outside. They were being such hams for my camera! I love it!
Tomorrow night is Open House! We'll get to meet the kid's teachers and see who will be in their class. I have no idea how they are going to handle having new teachers. They talk about their teachers from last year so often. We'll find out soon enough- school starts a week from today!
